Building PhD Capacity in Sub-Saharan Africa

This study was co-funded by the DAAD and British Council and conducted by ANIE (African Network for Internationalisation of Education), and University College London, Institute of Education to investigate the nature of research and doctoral training across Sub-Saharan Africa. The study consists of a synthesis report and six individual reports for the situation in South Africa, Senegal, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia and Ghana.
